Over the past twelve years, the California Center for Physical Activity (formerly the California Physical Activity & Health Initiative), has received funding from a variety of sources. Base program funding has been provided through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Preventive Health & Health Services Block Grant. To conduct various projects, The Center has also received funds from the following:

  • Archstone Foundation

  • California Department of Transportation

  • California Nutrition Network

  • California Wellness Foundation

  • Federal Highway Administration

  • Pfizer

  • Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
